Teachers
Our 240+ education professionals apply teaching approaches adapted for each educational phase – from nurturing learners in pre-primary, to inspiring curious and bright minds in primary school, to mentoring high school learners with subject specialisation through to matric. We’re all about unlocking the full ability in every child and empowering them to achieve their best throughout their learning journey.

Our subject specialists are experts in their fields, and are responsible for learning content, setting assessments, tests and exams, providing personalised support, as well as overseeing invigilation and marking for their specific subject.
Grade leaders
Our grade leaders support our phase heads and are responsible for overseeing the academic performance at a grade level. Their role includes curriculum coordination, tracking learner progress, providing support, and making sure academic standards and grade goals are met.
Phase heads
Our phase heads are responsible for a group of grades, e.g. Grades R-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12. They oversee phase programmes, including coordinating the curriculum and teachers, and provide academic support to learners and parents in their specific phase.
Communicating with our academic team
In live classes, your child can see and interact with their teachers. If they’re not comfortable with raising their hand in a class, they can use the chat to message their teacher directly, or chat after the class via the learning platform.
You can message the academic team and also arrange appointments with them. Teachers will also reach out to you if there are any matters that need your attention, so you’ll always be in the know.
