A quick overview of the minimum computer requirements for learning with Teneo.
Laptop or desktop computer
Windows or Apple device released in 2021 or later with webcam and minimum 4GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Operating system
Only Windows OS or Mac OS.
Internet connection
Minimum 20Mbps speed.
Internet browser
Only Google Chrome.
Backup power
Minimum capacity to sustain computer and internet connection for 4 hours without Eskom power.
Non-permitted devices
Phones, tablets, Chromebooks, Linux or custom-built computer devices are not compatible and will be unable to access Teneo’s learning and invigilation systems, or receive technical support.
