At Life Studio, I understand the unique challenges of family life when your child is attending online school. The shift to a home-based, virtual environment can place immense pressure on both parents and students. Parents often feel guilty that their children aren't in a social setting every day, missing out on face-to-face interactions and traditional school experiences.
I offer life coaching that helps parents manage these feelings, empowering them to support their children's social and emotional well-being in creative and meaningful ways. My approach helps students build life skills like self-esteem, emotional resilience, and self-awareness, ensuring they thrive in an online environment.
Through tools like Human Design and art therapy, I help families strengthen their relationships and communication, creating a more supportive, understanding home environment. Whether your child is struggling with isolation, the pressures of online learning, or technical issues, I am here to provide personalized guidance and emotional support.
Through my course, students develop critical life skills, such as emotional resilience, self-awareness, and confidence, empowering them to navigate not just technical challenges but also issues like online bullying and the pressure to fit in. I focus on helping children embrace their uniqueness and feel confident in being themselves. It is important to me that children learn tools that they can put in their life toolbox to help them throughout their life. I predominantly use art therapy which is a great visual aid in helping children understand themselves and work through issues.
For parents, I offer a parent and child course using a tool called Human Design which helps parents to better understand their own strengths and their children’s needs. Whether in person or online, my approach offers a creative, holistic solution to fostering personal growth, emotional balance, and mental well-being for the entire family.
