Exercise programme

A range of innovative and easy-to-use online physical exercise programmes for children in 3 age groups:

MoVee Performance Little Champs (3-6 years)Little Champs are introduced to new activities and gross motor skills. Motor skills attained from a young age are important to ensure proper development in children.

MoVee Performance Kids (7-12 years)Development of skills and motor planning is a continuous process. It should be focused on throughout childhood to improve sport participation and performance.

MoVee Performance Youth (13-18 years)The understanding of functional movements and how to move with the correct technique, form, balance and stability are vital to prevent injuries, improve sports performance and improve your child’s quality of life.

Movement development

Teachers and Occupational Therapists are becoming more aware of the important role played by movement in the development of the growing child. Children who have participated in ActionBall demonstrate a significantly improved hand-eye coordination, balance, confidence and good general physical development after only a few weeks.

ActionBall SA is a movement development programme which focuses on fine and gross motor co-ordination in children. ActionBall helps children to develop:
